Lureva Lifestyle currently ships to serviceable locations across India.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided during checkout. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate.

If a parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please avoid accepting it where possible and contact us immediately. For missing, damaged or incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs or video.
