Returns & Refunds
At Lureva Lifestyle, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery when the product is unused, unwashed and returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, accessories and invoice.
To request a return, contact us at lurevalifestyle@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and clear photographs or an unboxing video where applicable. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hoursof delivery. After verification, we may arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products damaged through misuse or improper handling
- Used, washed, altered or incomplete products
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Personalised, clearance or final-sale products
- Products specifically marked as non-returnable
If a return is approved, the product must pass our quality inspection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.
Original shipping charges and return-shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged, defective or incorrect.
